MY Work was launched in 2016 by the PA Office of Vocational Rehabilitation and connects high school students with disabilities to local municipalities, where students spend the summer working and gaining meaningful experience.
This program is a collaboration of a local municipality, the Bureau of Blindness and Visual Services, and Northeast Sight Services. We have partnered with the City of Pittston and the City of Wilkes-Barre in the two years that we have been offering this program to high school-aged students.
